The site we were assigned to for a 10 night stay was not inhabitable, and if it was a house it would have been condemned. We lest after 3 days, but I made reservations for a different the first night there. The train running every night through the park was not too bad, and the helipad behind the site was loud but tolerable, but being only 5 feet away from the permanent trailer next to us with a mud ditch between us was just too much.

There are train tracks and the train came through once a day in the evening while we were there. The new laundry is WAY too complicated and more expensive than the laundromat a mile away. They paved some of the roads while we were there, so they’re working on improving. The pull-through sites were east to navigate and mostly level although narrow. Utilities were good and the park was quite, even on the weekend. The experience here was good and it was a good location. I do think trash should be picked up more than once a week considering all the long-term sites. The cost was also higher than we’re used to paying considering no amenities.

The management could not have been nicer. This park is located close to many area attractions. Greg and Shane were wonderful and installed a 50 amp electrical outlet for my RV. Paul was considerate and contacted me personally about an issue I had called about. I enjoyed my stay there.

We enjoyed staying there. The reason I did a 4 star instead of 5 star is because you have to download an app and pay thru the app to do your laundry and to me there was way to many rules just to do laundry! So we went to town to do our laundry. It is a good place to camp! We were right over the railroad tracks! A short train went through 2 times a day! We liked listening to it! Paul the man in the office was so very nice and helpful! He was fun to chat with! The campground is quiet and really pretty!
